1. Agreement to these terms
By creating a RoutineRisekid account or using our apps or website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Who may use RoutineRisekid
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account. Accounts are created and supervised by a parent or legal guardian. Children use the service through a profile that a parent has set up and continues to control.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account. Please give us accurate information when you sign up, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
4. Acceptable use
Please use RoutineRisekid only for its intended purpose: helping your family build routines. Do not attempt to break, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service; do not use it unlawfully; and do not upload content that is harmful, abusive, or infringes someone else's rights.
5. RoutineRisekid is not professional advice
Our habit suggestions, age guidance, and progress insights are general information to support everyday parenting. They are not medical, psychological, developmental, or educational advice, and they are not a substitute for a qualified professional. If you have concerns about your child's health, behaviour, or development, please speak to a professional.
6. Subscriptions and payment
[REVIEW] This section must be completed before launch, and must match what you configure in App Store Connect and Google Play. It needs to state: what is free and what is paid, prices and billing period, automatic renewal, how to cancel, and your refund policy. Both app stores reject apps whose terms contradict their store listing.
7. Your content
The routines, notes, and profile details you add remain yours. You give us permission to store and process that content only as needed to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Our content
The RoutineRisekid name, logo, app, website, articles, and designs belong to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use them only as part of normally using the service.
9. Service availability and changes
We work to keep RoutineRisekid running reliably, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error free. We may add, change, or remove features, and we may suspend or stop the service. Where a change materially affects paying subscribers, we will give reasonable notice.
10. Ending your use
You can stop using RoutineRisekid and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or is used in a way that harms other users or the service.
11. Liability
[REVIEW] Limitation of liability, warranty disclaimers, and indemnity must be drafted by a lawyer for your jurisdiction. Wording that is enforceable in one country may be void in another, particularly against consumers in the EU, UK, and Australia. Do not publish boilerplate here.
